Each piece has been carefully crafted using previous metals and stones, as well as my time so no refunds will be accepted. I will not accept returns on damaged or broken pieces. I am not liable for stolen or lost merchandise. However, if there is an issue, please contact me as soon as possible. If you are concerned about mail theft, please purchase the Signature Required Shipping Option at checkout. I am not responsible for any Custom Fees for international shipped orders.
